EIDM Montpellier
A new-generation campus in a sunny, creative city
Study fashion and luxury at the EIDM Montpellier campus
Sun-drenched and creative, Montpellier is establishing itself as a genuine hotbed of talent and innovation in the fashion and luxury sectors. At the crossroads of Mediterranean and European influences, it wins people over with its cultural energy, its appeal to students and its unique way of life. It was therefore only natural for EIDM to open its new campus here, to support this creative energy and affirm its vision of a fashion that is rooted, committed and forward-looking.
Studying in Montpellier also means studying in a city where it is a pleasure to live, create, explore and succeed, under the southern sun all year round.

Aix-en-Provence is an elegant city where history, art and creativity take centre stage. Renowned for its characterful narrow streets, its many fountains and its famous Cours Mirabeau, the city offers an inspiring setting for design students.
Aix-en-Provence is the iconic home of great artists such as Cézanne and Vasarely. It is also the part of the PACA region seeing strong growth in the digital and creative arts. A thriving environment in which our students flourish throughout their studies, from bachelor's to master's level.

Venues such as Thiyya - Boutique Créateur/Atelier, Lab Concept Store and SUNNY MOON Workshop all contribute to this momentum, combining design, craftsmanship and artistic expression. The Marché du Lez district has become one of the symbols of Montpellier's creative scene. It is home to designers, craftspeople, lifestyle events, vintage markets and exhibitions, in an atmosphere blending art, design and alternative culture.

Student life
Choosing Montpellier means choosing an active, cosmopolitan and inspiring city with a rich cultural life all year round (music, cinema, theatre, dance, visual arts and more). The city has a young, vibrant atmosphere, with plenty of cafés, restaurants and libraries suited to student life. Students are especially fond of Montpellier's historic centre and its lively squares.
Partner halls of residence
with many partner student residences across the city, being an EIDM Montpellier student gives you access to accommodation in our partner residences.
EIDM Montpellier supports its students to ensure a comfortable living environment that fosters success and personal fulfilment.
Most students who rent can receive the housing benefit paid by the Caisse d'Allocations Familiales, which is intended to cover part of their rent. However, this is not "student support": anyone on a low income can claim it. To receive it, you must:
1. Hold a tenancy agreement (the lease must therefore not be in your parents' name)
2. Actually occupy the property as your main residence (rent receipts must be issued in your name).
3. Your income must not exceed certain ceilings. There are two types of housing benefit paid by the CAF: ALS and APL. Unfortunately, they cannot be combined. Please note: the property you live in must not belong to your parents! Find out more at www.caf.fr
